Sharing with you a little morning yoga flow. To keep my body limber, strong, excited, and always guessing – I switch around what I do all the time! From hot yoga to hip hop to POP Pilates to PIIT28 to weight lifting to running – each workout has its benefits and I want to reap all of it! Because I had been sprinting on the treadmill pretty hard near 2017 hot first christmas with hot new fiance sweater beginning of the year.
1st time in the shooting range it was a bit confusing and downright intimidating I learned to Never wear a V-neck it creates a funnel effect, I think I hold the gun loosely so the round went backwards and down the shirt. Kind of embarrassing and I got a bit burned from the impact. Anyways off the bucket list I don’t think I will do it again.
